Regarding your questions about MailChimp….

do i need an email list to attach?
- Yes you need to create an email list first

can i set up an autorespond?
- Yes you can set this up in MailChimp as well. Shouldn’t be an issue

Hi luc, great article seeing as I’m a beginner it helps a lot. What i am trying to do is have a signup on sidebar for a newsletter. once signed up we need the name to be emailed to our email and a auto response asking to check the recipient to check their email for confirmation and if it is in spam to check sender as safe.

so my questions are: do i need an email list to attach?
can i set up an autorespond?
Tks for any light you can shed for this newby.

Moto CMS – Looks great. As for any sort of support… Dont count on it. We have been trying to contact customer support for some additional changes which we are very willing to pay for with no avail. It has been MONTHS and MONTHS of us sending them emails and requests only to be met with empty promises.

I cant even begin to tell you how disappointing the experience has been. I will go as far as saying the company and its management is an absolute joke.

I highly recommend against the service. Dont waste your time and money.

This is a sweet story, and it brought up some good memories. Kids of today can’t fathom that you had to put paper and ribbon into the machine….and correcting mistakes often required a small bottle of white liquid….and if you decided that you wanted to rearrange paragraphs or sentences, you had to retype the entire page. During college, I worked as a researcher for a grad student. I had a key to the department typing room, and was able to use the fancy electric typewriters after hours. I thought this was really hot stuff.

Hi Luc,

yes, there is some code missing.
I have a lot of option value´s in my dropdown list, so I want to arrange them. In normal forms you can make a optgroup, like .

I hope you can help me.
