Give Your Customers the Pickle When It Comes to Your Business

This post is a bit of a detour from the normal content you will find me writing but it was so good I just had to post it.  A friend of mine showed me this video and I thought to myself “This is a pretty smart way to pitch people on what good customer experiences are all about”.  Bob Farrell, an entrepreneur, came up with the concept of “Give em the pickle” which as he says is giving your customers something (usually free) that is unexpected.  The video that is posted below goes into greater detail but its a great idea that I think many businesses today fail to give to their customers.  Check it out, if nothing I hope it at least makes you think about your customers.
