• WordPress – I cannot say enough good things about WordPress and with over 5 years experience I can say that I just love working with it, customizing it and writing about it
• SalesForce.com – In terms of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool it is a top tool and a favorite of mine.  I am a SalesForce.com Certified Admin and Developer currently so my love of the product comes from working with it
• Google Analytics – I love Google Analytics and using this app there isn’t much that you cannot do in terms of tracking stats and measuring your online efforts to learn about your customers activities online.
